Consultation
There is typically a one-hour consultation 3 months prior to event in order to:
- Learn more about you as a couple
- Brainstorm and discuss various themes and musical requests – or simply recommend suitable pieces.
- Clarify times and any logistical issues (such as access to electricity (i.e. churches/old buildings) access to venues and contact details of people in charge.)
- Agree on a standard Musicians Union contract
Confirmation of music
The music is either formally agreed upon in an email/letter shortly after the consultation, or further research and discussions take place over the telephone/email, until both parties are happy with the selections made.
